Reviews for Brono a Chuio ON HIATUS
Guest chapter 58 . 4/18/2018
Hello! I didn’t know there was a rumor going around. But it’s good to see a message, I’d still be interested in an update or another story by you, but I also know people move on. If you do, cool! You’re still on my alerts :)
sokkergurl chapter 57 . 5/5/2017
They finally got back together yeah! Thanks for the update and can't wait for the continuation . If there is I can't wait for an update and if there is not thanks for the brilliant story : )
Kiwi chapter 7 . 10/18/2014
I what you are doing with the crosses and I loved the scene with the cross in this chapter. You are a very gifted story teller, your characters are gradually growing and changing, learning to trust, overcome fear and become who they were meant to be. There's a lot of depth to this story as to all of your work. I totally love your dragons, they are fascinating! You've obviously put a great deal of thought into this story, the characters, their history, even the languages, it's a captivating story.
ps. I hope I made the kittens purr, lol! God bless you!
jreadsbooks chapter 57 . 4/15/2014
this is great work, am looking forward to you next update. really enjoyed your earlier works as well so hope you don't give up on this one :)
RittannasFire chapter 1 . 7/27/2013
I just finished devouring your first three stories and would love to start in on this one but seeing at it isn't finished I'm hesitant to start. Do you know when you'll be continuing this? Do you plan on finishing it? if not would you consider posting a sort of plot summer or something somewhere to wrap up the story? I really love your characters and want more of them but I really don't want to get to the end and be left hanging (I normally don't even consider reading unfinished stories for this reason) I hope you do pick this up again, you've put a lot into this AU world and I for one want to see what else you have planed for it. Good luck with whatever you're writing now...and if you're not writing then let this be a little poke because you really should be, have you ever considered rewriting this series into "original" fiction? I from what I've seen you'd be very good at world building.
sokkergurl chapter 56 . 7/6/2013
Sorry I haven't read or reviewed this story in forever. School was really in the way and I didn't have the time til now. I really do love this story and the cliffie at the end was brilliant. I can't wait to see what happens next. Thanks and please hurry with the next chapter. Thanks Again! : )
Clodcaberte chapter 1 . 3/27/2013
Awesome story :))
archeress of silverbow chapter 56 . 3/1/2013
Nice change of scene. A we get characters that we've been out of touch with, B it perks things up for a while. Remind me why Arienel has more 'power' over the dragon's loyalty than Morroch, or was it a combination? The moment when Morroch realised what she'd said was priceless.

Hope Thalos isn't too hard on Alagos, but we'll see

Sen slightly telling Nouriel off was good, and just leaping in and out of a tree as if it's perfectly natural, which it is by the way, for him. I'm imagining a wolf shaped Bagheera at the moment. and his reasoning

Why do I think it's not a good idea that the army moves? Could blow N's cover big time... I had hoped that Renegade, love how you use the different names for different aspects, much as tolkien intended I think) would have missed that bit of the Feanor linage, though its not bad if you use it in the right way I suppose. The Valinor part made me shiver, because they did, partly, lay waste to it, and certainly to its harmony.

Still, hopefully things will turn out well, and he and Varnion seem to be in the same mental chapter, if not the same page.

I like the idea of Bainenel, surprised that there are elves there though, I would have thought they and dragons would be in Valinor.

All through this little exchange I was wondering what was going on and now...
YESYESYESYESYESYESYESYESYESY ESYESYESYESYESYESYESYESYESYE SYESYESYESYESYESYESYES
Say yes...

If you could have seen me when I read that, I was literally jumping about the room and I still have a cheshire grin on my face
Kaisaan I ADORE you for doing this. Initially I was just glad that Sharp might still be in the picture, but this is wonderful.

PS can't wait to see Kahil's face. You best do a good job on that scene :D
archeress of silverbow chapter 55 . 1/28/2013
Another chapter yay. I did like the way Kahil's thoughts were sharp and well explained, yet his bearing on the world was shaky at best, shows how much he's fallen inside himself. And Nareke softening up, that I did not expect...

Ah... Houston we have a major problem. The power wouldn't just be nice and let him wake up would it? Na ah. I grinned when Sen turned up just after she'd been fretting, Morroch much? And Sen is related to Arnou, the web winds again.

I do feel sorry for her, that she gets the go ahead just when she really doesn't want to go. And were sen and mountain playing along when they were asleep, since they can't be drugged.

Cassandra, actually reminds me of a Mary-Sue slightly, and by extension, had me laughing at the sheer incongrity of her appearance to the landscape. And Camilla is very much Sharpmist like.. good.
"might be just as stubborn as you." Try IS, and, possibly, at least double, Camilla.
This really could be fun, but probably emotional too.

That funeral scene was just, right...

And I'll leave it at that
archeress of silverbow chapter 54 . 1/13/2013
I'm reviewing. And I'm proud of Kahil for trying, how ever mindlessly, however breifly, to carry on. He'll get there, and it has only been a day or two. You just can't get him down, can you, some part keeps fighting.

Maeth's 'illness' is odd. Would I be right in thinking it is connected to his Time Choice later in the chapter? That's the only thing I can come up with at any rate.

Right, Vultsi check; the Necib were the pyack who originally confronted Kahil over his child, yes?
Not surprised that Alagos's kin lost so many, they would have been in the thick trying to help and protect him.
As much as I admire Kima's sacrifice, Alagos has the right of it. Kahil wouldn't take another mate or a mistress (though I'm almost as confused as them as to how the line will continue, unless Sharp left some eggs somewhere?).

Was it a Time Choice of some kind that Camilla was referring to in the last chapter, by any chance? I don't quite see how accepting his death-role might have still led Maeth to the Nouriel moment, but then I remember what he was like before.

Loved the description of the lights in the sky, would I be right in thinking that they were like the Northern Lights, or were they more like comets. Though I agree that everyone being healed just after Sharp has died will hit Kahil very hard, thank goodness he didn't loose Darhael too. Now that would have been worse than awful.

Nice to have the tease at the end, something close to the old way things were, as much as they can be at the moment.
archeress of silverbow chapter 53 . 1/5/2013
I love the title of this chapter, first of all. Every one had been fitting, but this encapsulates everything in the chapter.

Ahhh, Kahil, I'm not sure if there are even words that would come close to how you feel. Worse than death I imagine, because if you're dead you don't hurt.

It's very odd to see his destructive power again, even if he doesn't mean to hurt people, just shows how much Sharp had changed him, and how much he lent on her.

I'd never really remembered the relationship between Alagos and Sharpmist, friends, enemys by kind if not heart, then allies again. The little bit suggesting that to keep fighting and working was her best memorial was so sweet, as that's what she asked Kahil to do. Same with the dragon death explanation to Nareke, it just fits
Making Kahil see that living is best however, making him face anything, well good luck to them.

I will admit that in all of this I've forgotten who Mikal is king of, but that actually makes the emotion of your story at this point stronger, because you care more for Kahil and the others than odd little kings.

Why do I think that at the start of her section Nouriel is apologizing for her brother as much for the sake of the apology as to distract herself from what she's agreed to do. And she just wants things settled too, probably not wanting to go off to possible death with a rift between her brother and love. Varnion probably wants to go with her himself.

Yet Maethorion is the best choice, he can untangle her when no-one else can, as you've shown in this chapter, and as he also points out, their love will hold them both up. I like how Nouriel uses the term Vahrin, it's part endearment, part reminding him the character he'll have to play...

But the fact that Maeth couldn't tell he was giving off anger, and doesn't know what is causing it. Nothing to do with the new arrival is it?

Speaking of the new arrivials I have to admit I adore Erin/Camilla, and something about the way she acted when she gave him the Age for Tunics reminds me of Sharpmist. I take it that the Guardians of Time-travelers can shift form, but those of half blood can't.

I'm presuming Alphiel is Maeth's mother, and that where she is (Parma-lond?) is a lynch pin as to which way the final, and, almost more crucial, battles in this war will go.

WOW, what a chapter, and not all sad (though it was a fitting sadness.) Fitting is the byword for all your writing in this chapter actually.
archeress of silverbow chapter 52 . 12/20/2012
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
You can't do this, you... just ... can't. Not to Sharpmist, she never stops fighting, never gives up...pleeese, please please, Kaisaan.
(on a writing perspective, you've done a literally heartbreaking job with the inscription on this section, it's your fault if my computer short circuits because it's being sobbed on.)

20th December 2012;
I'm BACK, finally free from Uni work.

I like how you're now only calling Renegade his given name, it seems to follow his shift to accepting his bloodline. Now others just need to accept him too, as some are. It will come, because they need him.

For some reason the castle you're describing remind me of somewhere I know when I first read it, guess what, now I can't remember where. Bother.

I loved Mountain hollering for Renegade (sorry his true name is too long to remember so I'm sticking to that), reminds me a bit of my Elrond and Dari. No respect for his charge if he's needed.

'She didn't even WANT to go through with what she was arguing for.' Another of your stellar lines, and as fro Varnion's argument, those Akira thatr really matter won't see her as a traitor, they'll cheer her... do we care what the others think?

Renegade's risking a lot going there with her, but I can understand why. She's the only thing he cares about really, and it would break him to loose him. and now I'm blubbering over sharpmist again.
*sniff snuffle*
But if they can do this it will be vegence for Pennion and mean she's secure with no need to look over her shoulder. I think Renegade can play witless for that.

VARNION, go to your room this instant, that was way out of order boyo. I hope he gets scolded by his father for that.

YES, Kilicar got the shock of his life with Nasty dying and now he's dead too, happy happy.

And we get Arieniel and morroch for a little bit too, do i sense a greater alliance forming than just the eastern countries?

I think one of the worst bits of this end (who am I kidding, just look above) was Kahil begging Alagos to save her and realising he can't. All through his life Alagos has been the fixer, now when he needs it most, no-one can do anything.

Great chapter,*sob sob sob* its 11.30pm my time when I type this, which is a mark of my determination to give you a Christmas present.
Good luck to you and your family
Crowesage chapter 51 . 11/13/2012
Wow... I wasnt expecting that... Awwww I love the ending! Go Sen!
archeress of silverbow chapter 51 . 11/13/2012
Actually, I'm glad you didn't put the battle in here too. There is quite enough in this chapter and I think they would just confuse and befuddle readers, trying to exist in such separate patterns of feelings at the same time. Plus it serves as a rest bite of sorts from the turmoil of the last chapters.

Oh dear, I knew Varnion was going to be trouble. It's like he can't accept that son's aren't always responsible for their father's actions, much less grand to grand. Does he not realise that his sis has grown up so much, or does he just not like later I do actually understand him a bit more, poor lad

Thankfully Istion seems more open-minded, but then he's met Maglor, and lived through more than his son.

I see Renegade is opening his heart up more and more, a while ago, even if he'd had that power, he wouldn't have gone and checked they were alright. Though he's still stubbon enough to ignore his own body- I think that is Feanor's legacy. That and the hatred sent on his sons and their kin just for their blood.

People seem drawn to him as they were to morroch, he's another of those leaders with a charisma, even if its inexplicable why.
I'm not surpised that his power tried to drain anyone else in the room to keep him alive, sort of the black opposite of healing, acting like it used to. On side note I am glad to see war prep going on apace, time the Akira were taught a lesson.

And we finally get another piece of the Renegade puzzle (notice how I didn't say half, I'm sure you've got more up your sleeve) for all it could have got incredibly complicated you made it very simple, with just enough complictedness for that to be recognisable.
So more of Renegade's kin could pop up at any time :)
Out of curiosity which one would Pennion have been?

Also nice to see Sen thinking and becoming a character (not that he wasn't already)

*laughs* I loved that final bit, it was just so right...

PS About your Birthday- you Mum mentioned on Joshua's Caringbridge.
pps, I'm alright for PM's now, managed to alter the settings
archeress of silverbow chapter 50 . 11/1/2012
First, sorry this is so very late, I had to disable my email alerts so my dad would stop nagging me, so I'm on DIY chapter checking. And then I keep getting called away.

You're jolly good at battle writing Kaisaan, you put me right in the middle of it, feeling all the emotions. I grieve for Runningheart as I remember she was kind to Morroch, a lovely dragon. But with a war of this scale there will be deaths, on both sides. We just hope the majority go against the enemy.

On both battles it seems to be kin on kin, at least in body. Let us only hope that Sharpmist's victory is a sign for Kahil's battle. And it just shows how straining the battle has been if even a battle dragoness is tired. Glad to see she got a quip out though, some things are still normal.

It's nice to see Amr's veiw of things, he's an interesting character. So young, but very grown up. Actually all your characters are interesting. Do I sense a bit of Amr/Katun there? :)

So Noriel isn't quite the fierce Ice Queen we've come to know. I'm glad she does still have laughter there.

I love Ren just being in the middle of it and giving advice as if he was a tutor not just another elf. But that's him. His comment on ow he learned to fight reminds me of Tuilindo and Rohirric, you pick up waht is required to keep you well-kept besides alive.

I did wonder where Sen had got to, though its a pity that he brought back such misery. At least Renegade could help them. And it shows he has a repentant heart, if he'd willingly wear himself to pieces (if required) to heal them. Still, can't changed well set attitudes in a second, good luck to them both.

*Grits teeth* I will read this...
Firstly, you really heighten the tension by using Tari's POV, as we can't see what bargining is going on between Eru and Alag. And I don't blame her for being furious, she has all of us behind her.

*sucks in a breath* Kaisaan, you were very nearly guilty of reader manslaughter there, my heart stopped for a second I am sure *shakes a fist, half seriously* I honestly thought you'd done it.

On the plus side... NO MORE NASTY MAIA. Three cheers, hurrah !

And just when it seems all over, the child proves as intractable as his parents. I did love the idea that Liska would sit on Alag if she needed to. One question, how did Uriena get to where they are, I thought she was in Rhun's capital last time we saw her?

Naroion- Son of fire, yes? Perhaps this will help alag with his one last stumbling block on fear.
And such a sweet ending, well done. You really are a good writer

(Please don't reply to this due to the above, Haven't figured how to block PM email alerts)
PS Happy birthday on Sunday
