The whole thing is rather under developed. The best way to put it is, we're thrown this OC we've never met before.

Aizen just so happens to want her simply because she has amazing powers, better then Orihime's. But the thing is, how did Aizen come to know about this girl, who is obviously English and thus isn't likely to have crossed paths with anyone in Karakura Town.

Some of the people have told you that Grimmjow is IC in your fanfic, but I have to say that he is actually OoC. He doesn't know this girl. She is a complete stranger, yet they are instantly falling in love. That doesn't work in real life.

Right now, your OC comes across as a Mary Sue. She has powers and is important for no apparent reason. She gets a character to fall in love with her instantly. She doesn't seem to have any flaws either.

However, if you were to take this, and develop it more, it could end up not being a Mary Sue. You could explain why she has these powers. You could come up for an actual reason for Aizen to neer her... I mean, he didn't really grab Orihime for her powers, but because he could use her to draw people away. Give her some flaws, particularly fatal ones. It could end up being interesting, but it won't be little work to do so.
