This has been an interesting read so far. Especially with you jumping between Kurt with Blaine and Kurt visiting Karofsky. As for your question: I think Karofsky is an important and intruiging character. But I don't see Kurt ever feeling safe enough with him to date him, and I do think Blaine's a better fit because they have so much in common.

Why are Kurt and Blaine so perfect?

About the third season like it but not as much as the last season but maybe it will grow on me, not sure. I haven't seen Karofsky yet and that makes me kind of sad. And the relationship between Kurt and Blaine seems a bit weird not as natural.
