I understand your warning about *Minimal Quoting*, but do you not feel you could give a little more credit to LeadVonE for this? (The author of DP&SW). However, the idea of a similar concept where Harry goes for the Gryffindor lordship sounds interesting, and I happen to know that LeadVonE is in favour of omakes and fan content. I think that as long as you ask his permission before catering of with this, it could make an interesting read.

I think this sounds excellent and very intense. Now my interest is piqued, and I'll probably be page-stalking you every few days.

I hope that you follow this up with a story. The idea has a lot of weight to it. I see two main ways that this could go; either the Squib finds a way to stay in the magical world, or he integrates into the muggle one. If it's the magical world, it'll be about a man defying odds and society to get what he wants. Maybe it'll involve sacrificial dark magic or some strange soul possession tactics. Or, he could find a life in the muggle world, which could be done, but I doubt you will do it because it just pales in comparison to the magical possibility. Or at least, that's estimation.

Please do something with this!
