Oh, wow. Thanks; I honestly didn't expect to be picked. And I'll put it up...but only for a while b/c I use my BFF's email and I don't want to make her mad by cluttering her mailbox. I'll try and get the first chapter up as soon as I can. Scool is starting soon too (eighth grade, whoopee. One more year until the drama of high school...no offense), so updating may get tricky but I'll try my best.

Seems a bit pointless to review but oh well, in all honnestly, I didn't see the point of your plot. Or I did, but not the way you wrote it.

Hermione moving in next to Harry is a nice twist... if you actually do something with it. A 'girl next door' fic would resolve around Harry actually spending time with that girl (regardless who that girl is.) This time spent would then change Harry's summer or even change his character. (For example, a summer spent with Hemione could make Harry more responsible. He could lean more towards Hermione and less towards lazy Ron which would make him a better wizard.)

If you have Harry interacting with the girl next door two times and then his normal summer starts, then your plot twist is useless since it doesn't change anything.

So my advice: if you ever write a future girl next door fic, then actually write about Harry interacting with the girl next door.(be it possibly with someone else than Hermione since you apparently like Ron/Hermione which I never really understood. A couple made of an extremely ambitious, hard working girl and a lazy guy with an inferiority complex a mile wide. Yes it makes for interesting situations and drama but it's not a realistic relationship.)
