This trope really confuses me. These are real life challenges faced by transgenders everyday, but i see people write out this trope constantly that people who are "hiding" their true sex. If Germany is a man, he's a man regardless of his genitals. I understand you might think its

I liked the story and I think it's something Germany would do if he'd ever be in such situation. There's only one thing I didn't like: the summary spoiled it. If it had said that Italy is frustrated with his and Germany's sex life and he's determined to change it, that would've been nicer for me. Now you mostly already know what's happening, which is a pity. Besides that it was great! :D

it is so oblivious. i kinda of feel sorry for the poor guy. he had to practical force germany to remove her shirt to find out her secret. overall a good story with a good plot. hope you update this story soon. i like to see how this will end.

I'm confused, if Germany wasn't taking it up the dark hole how is it Italy never noticed something was off. The sphincter would feel a lot different around a phallus than a vagina.

I saw this earlier today on LJ, but I decided to comment here.

Here's some con crit:

I noticed several spelling and grammatical errors such as replacing 'your' for 'you're,' the absence of commas where appropriate and a lack of using possessive apostrophes (ex. it should be Germany's, not Germanys).

In the middle of the story, Germany was referred to as a female, which really confused me because it felt inconsistent with Italy's POV, who had yet to learn that she was a girl.

I hope you don't feel too discouraged by my critique. I'll give a bit of praise ;)

I really like how they've been characterized. Germany's OCD with no more than three locks on the bathroom and another on her window made me grin. Italy's constant worry about being a good lover was pretty in character.

I hope you update again, if this isn't a one shot!

...wow, Italy really WAS serious during this.
