Oh my God. You are so talented. I'm worshipping how you eloquently wrote this amazing piece of work out. Goodness sake, dog!Kurogane is so endearing yet so fleeting. You can take my bleeding feels now. I did not imagine it would be this heartfelt story between Fai and him. Yuuko understands everything like how Clow wished for her to live.

I never read this chapter. It isn't in the Ao3 archive. It's sad, but I liked reading it. I do wonder what pet Fai got afterwards, but that sounds like a different story.

Why do I feel as if this pet which Yuuko would generously give to Fai bears a resemblance to Kurogane, if not share the same soul? Of course, it's only a gut feeling and I could be very much wrong about my intuition xD

Anyway, I absolutely love this story. I'm glad to see that it has quite a number of reviews as compared to some of your other stories which, I believe, deserve much more than what they are given. The pace and length of the story were exquisite, not too fast and not too short. The emotion at the last part was quite overwhelming too and especially satisfying for someone who's a fan of angst-genre stories.

I really hope to be able to read more of your other stories soon. I'm just about finishing with your one-shots/drabbles before moving on to the series stories :)

A beautiful story as always... I expected Kurogane to turn human (Yuuko was there, it was a big enough clue that SOMETHING is going to happen) but I didn't expect him to DIE. Seriously, you weren't kidding when you said to stop before the ending if the reader wanted a happy ending... it's quite heart-wrenching...

The ending broke my heart T.T poor FAi and Kuro.. I loved this fic. I never thought that Kurogane would become human. It was great! I also loved how Kurogane pertain to Fai as HIS human :D

Oh, didn't like the ending, seems like Fai is doomed to unhappiness. But it's my fault for reading it. I just can't leave well enough alone I guess.

my sister cut her wrists and was rushed to hospital because she was pissed off at her boyfriend. It's the worse thing she ever did to us, and I know that sounds selfish, but when someone kills themselves or hurts themselves, it's terrible for those of us left behind in the wreckage.
