Amazing fanfiction. I've never written a review on this site before, but your work has made me want to write one, even if you might never see it. I really love your writing, the multiple points of view you provide, but most of all, your deep dive into Robin and Slade's relationship. I've tried reading other fanfics about Robin's apprenticeship, but they always rubbed me the wrong way. That is to say, even though the writing and the plot was fantastic in many of those, the relationship never felt real for me. Your work totally changed that. I loved the way you made Robin's journey into Nightwing natural and showed that even though he left changed from the apprenticeship, he still kept to his core values. Similarly, Slade turned out to be a dynamic, nuanced villain, and I think his complex character is a testament to your amazing writing and characterization skills. You probably won't ever see this, seeing as I'm basically writing this review like a decade later, but to anyone who is still as stuck on this idea as me and comes across this review, I say give this fanfiction a shot!
