It is really wonderful. Nice writing style. Characters are a bit occ at times, but that's OK. They shouldn't be he same after how the anime series ended.

The wolves don't actually shift into humans. They are not werewolves. The human forms they appear in are simply illusions to fool humans, but they are still always physically wolves. That's why in the beginning when Tsume went to grab that human boy from his gang, he ended up biting him instead because even though it appears that he has arms he actually doesn't since it's only an illusion.

I like your story so far, but I was wondering about when they turned into human forms because you had it as if they shifted as if they were like werewolves, but in the show they specifically explain that they do not transform. They are always wolves they just set up an illusion so that the humans see humans when they look at them. That's why Pops is able to tell that they're humans because he can see past their illusion and that's why animals react to them because the illusion does not fool them. That's also why when Tsume tried to save that kid that was in his gang in the beginning he ended up biting his shoulder instead of grabbing it with his arms because he doesn't have human arms since he doesn't actually transform.

It took me a few days to finally finish all the chapters, only to find out that it ends here. I'm dying to know who this girl is, and to see what would happen between Tsume and Nova. Anyways, I love this story, so please update when you find the time!
