nice job. 'Even I, the great general Oreius, am a sucker for the puppy eyes' made me laugh for two minutes straight.

Big older brothers and older Sister try to protect youngest sister keep her safe and protected. Big sister and brothers think they know best. Also nothing worse then a family member teaching a younger sibling. So Oreius was best for the job and he taught her well.

Great story on family, about war and it's effects like showing how Edmund is affected by it and how he deals with it.

Lucy can be like a tidal wave so the best thing her brothers and sister can do is let Oreius finish teaching Lucy so she can defend herself so her brothers will not worry about her on a battle field. Which will never happen they will always worry about her. .

Idiot Lucy. If you didn't want to kill anyone, why the heck did you sneak away to a battle? *facepalm*

This is a cute story. I like it in general.

I really can't see Oreius letting her stow away and join the battle, though. Giving her lessons is one thing, but allowing her into a potentially lethal situation, underprepared and against her brothers' wishes... I dunno, it doesn't track with me.

Still, I did enjoy this. :)

It's so nice to see more stories about Oreius. He's my third favorite character (Tumnus is first, Aslan is second), and he deserves a little more love. Seeing the way he tended to Lucy was incredibly sweet.

It looks like Peter & Edmund, particularly Peter, finally learned that to keep their sisters from doing what they are good at is a waste of their talents and abilities, all of which Narnia is in great need of. Besides, if Lucy and Susan were to gain reputations, however moderate, as 'Warrior Queens,' it would help discourage the more unworthy of the Queens' potential suitors.

I was right these three chapters were really good and I enjoyed reading your story :)

I usually don't read this one shot stories or stories but this one really caught my eye and I like it alot, I hope the other two chapters are just as good :)
