| SkyGem chapter 1 . 11/7/2012 This was an awesome fic It was cute, and made me feel so sorry for Matty, but it would be so much better if all those stereotypes about the way Canadians talk weren't included. Canadians don't have a distinct accent. I've never heard anyone say "aboot" or "oot" or "soory" despite living here for 13 years of my entire sisteen-year-old life, and your usage of "eh" is completely wrong and much too often. The word "eh" is meant to replace "right?" As in, "I know, eh?" You can't just stick it to the end of random sentences. That doesn't make sense. |
