NOTE: IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE I'VE READ THIS STORY (With the link in my bookmarks rather than subscribed like it should be) SO SOME OF THESE THING MAY HAVE BEEN EXPLAINED/DONE ALREADY.

I think that some people should ask for clerifications from Naruto when they realize that it's not his Sexy Jutsu. Like here's one rough example:

*** Naruto tells Ninja X about the gender change(Kakashi, Iruka, Sakura, any ninja who knows Naruto)

Person X could ask for proof in the form of a question or jutsu:

(ex: -Iruka could ask for multi shadowclone, -Sakura could ask who stole Sasuke's first kiss, -Sasuke asks what scores Naruto got in the Academy, Old man 3rd asks what the one thing Naruto stole from him was: being the sacred scroll of sealing)

For the reactions to Naruko it would be two different sets: The majority of the civilian population who don't know Naruto wouldn't really bother a second glance at Naruko. Those who know Naruto personally, you could have their outlook unchanged (like at Ichiraku) or the outlook would be changed and possibly create some awkward and/or wierd scenes;

-Hinata may/may not have new feelings for Naruko. She could recognize Naruko as Naruto and be more or less stuttery around her.

-I've read some where Sakura has a change of heart for Naruko and she helps with the clothing. (And Anko helps with 'the talk'. Usually Naruko becomes pale in the face and speechless after those scenes)

-I've read others where Jiraiya gets a little giggity with Naruko on the road (asking to help with his 'research'). Jiraiya also could teach her the "Ninja art: Needle Jizu" (The protective spiky hair jutsu)

-Like in chapter 6 Sakura could be jealous over Naruko's 'assets'

-A few of the male characters in Naruko's age-league could ask her for a date or dating advice

***(EX): Lee asks Naruko to help him win a date with Sakura (Where Lee doesn't listen to much of what Naruko's saying or believes he knows what to do half-way into the discussion), Sakura asks for help with Sasuke, Hinata with her "anonymous lover" (Naruto).
