I liked how she found James attractice and Severus rather unattractive, because it made it more real, even though she chose Severus in the end. These guys are my absolute favorite couple! |
| slytherinsal chapter 1 . 12/7/2010 oh yes; a Lily who ISN'T so daft as to pick James. someone asked for this to expand to a full novella; i add my own request to that, pretty please with a cherry on the top. i always wondered why she would go off with james - wondered actually if it was on the rebound of Sev calling her mudblood - and speculated that if they had not died, divorce might have been on the cards. i like the take on writing in the first person; it's horridly hard over longer tales because you have to be more creative to show scenes the narrator doesn't personally see but if you do expand this any time in the future, i think it could be rewarding. |
