I think you actually did a pretty commendable job integrating the dodgeball event into your storyline, keeping true to canon and adding a different dimension with the girl's banter.

And I actually thought that making this a character chapter actually was a good move on your part. Not only did you flesh out one of your many characters, but it rolled well with a canon event, and kept the story rolling along. I don't know about the other readers, but I know next to nothing about many of these characters other than their wiki bio's, so it's nice to get a feel for characters, what they're like, adding dimension and all that.

All in all, I enjoyed this chapter. Your narration is smooth, writing style pleasant, very enjoyable to read. Don't be afraid to keep doing character chapters either. I personally enjoy them. You can also deftly advance plot with them as well. I know you have lots of characters to work with, so don't be afraid to have fun with them _

Very cool story; what I love about it is how you're focusing on certain characters that rarely if ever get attention in their originating series, so it's great to see how they play out in the Negima world.

Hey there, just thought I should pop in and give a few words since this story definitely needs some love. From a technical standpoint, everything is really sound. Paragraphs are structured well and broken in a way that keeps the flow smooth when reading. Great mix of speech and descriptive text, and grammar and punctuation are perfect (I'm a big stickler).

As for story/plot, I'm definitely feeling your OC, and with a new group of girls, you'll have a great opportunity to keep the story fresh, along with the back-story between Setsu/Konotwin and Akuro. I'm definitely glad I stumbled on your fic, and I hope that we get a chance to read the next installment soon.
