The stroy was hilarious.. I'm sorry to say though that being from a spanish-speaking country, I effectively cringed at the poor use of the language, it could so some tuning-

Either "Me llamo Sam. Soy de Lima, Ohio" or "Mi nombre es Sam..."

There's no accent in the "como" unless you're asking a question

Finally, it should be "..pero Finn, Puck y Quinn son mis amigos y son sensibles." without the "que"

They are small corrections, that actually make a lot of difference and give a bit more coherence to the spanish
