Please, please update this story. It's the best Ino-Shika-Cho story out there, and the writing is some of the best I've read on this site. So, please update.

Even though he's not a huge focus in this chapter, I just thought you should know I'm kind of in love with your Shikamaru. (I just want to hug him and protect him from all the hard decisions and never let him go. Or just the hug. Hugs are good.)

Wow...this is so very vivid. The characters really come off the page, and you're opened a door to team Shika-Ino-Chou to me (I only consider them as side characters in most fanfictions) but I really do like the calm, almost intimate, friendship they have going on here. I love Chouji...he's such a teddy bear (how I've always pictured him)! I really loved this piece. It almost doesn't belong here on ...too many immature writings here, but I'm glad to have seen a very well written piece-a very intellectual and mature piece at that.

I've read all your InoShikaChou stories (i'm a dedicated fan of yours, i'm loving The Chain :D) and I think you capture the personality and delicateness of the trio perfectly, and how Chouji's stability sets a balance!(I lurve that big guy! 3) You've captured Chouji's mannerisms (like how he's lefthanded or softspoken and sweet) and mindset so perfectly, it is simplistically inspiring! It's almost as if you were him. :D

The grammar is spot-on, and the extensive vocabulary helps the story feel incredibly realistic. The details are fresh and vivid, and the dialogue is impressive. I envy your god-like skill. :3

Overall, you produce the absolute best literature anywhere! I'll keep reading on and checking everyday for new chapters. :) Great job!

I have to say that I really enjoyed reading this piece of work; it was fascinating and, most importantly, well-written. I love your choice of words! :) Characterization was great, too: I was excited to find myself nodding along to your descriptions of Choji's selflessness, Ino's domineering yet caring personality, and Shikamaru's painful inability to express himself. Very close to the original characters, if I'm allowed to say so.

Overall? I had fun. And hey, that's the point, isn't it. I'd really love to see this story continued, but, of course, that's totally up to you. But I have to say thanks for the fantastic read. :)
