If he was going to see red and blank out like that and fight injured and all - why didn't you have him killing the guards? He has all that training from Scorpia... and when Alex started in on the guards why wouldn't K-unit and Ben join in? Taking their weapons and such?

I really enjoyed this story! It was also interesting reading about Alex having to deal with PTSD and anxiety, instead of pretending everything is fine like in most fanfictions

This was a story that have me a lot of strong emotions. Fear. Anger. Sadness. But it also sparked something inside me I didn't know was there, hope. I've been going through some hard times, but this story taught me to never give up, because somewhere out there, someone cares. I'm not a very emotional person, but your ending had me crying a little bit. You write with such passion and creativity and the result was beautiful. Thank you for making my day!

I read the both before and after the editing and tbh I took me a while to realise that. Don't worry that's not bad I enjoyed both stories and it was kinda fun to read it as a new story while still recogniseing it lol. All in all loved the update tho a few weeks/months down the track would be cool to read :)

Okay, so overall, I think this story is turning out great. I have one criticism though: from the way this is written, the fight as I'm imagining it is completely silent. I'm not asking you to document every second of it because it would just bore everyone, but you might want to put in a little dialogue, or other sounds Alex would hear in a fight.
That last bit sounded WAY too much like my old English teacher. I do the same thing as you, though-some scenes in my stories turn out completely silent.
