It's too bad you never finished this series, I guess I was hoping for a positive ending thzt Cam, John, Daniel, Rodney, and Lorne finish out their roles. I would have also liked to see what happened with John's uncle. You started a story line and dropped it. Perhaps someday you'll go back to this storyline and continue with it, you've put a lot of work into it, seems a shane to abandon it.

I have read this once before; but it was like reading it all over again-perhaps because (as in the five time I have read Becoming Connor Davids) I am a different person every time I read one of your works. I'm not sure if I had Life for Rent before (which, by the way, I enjoyed very much) but-if I can say this without detracting from it-it clearly could not have the depth that this 5-part masterpiece has. And, of course, the ambience is entirely different. 0f course, nothing can compare with chapter 39 of Becoming Connor Davids. Just let me say that I appreciate your work-and your sensitivity in not being COMPLETELY specific with the works you keep separate from WRAITHBAIT. I have read some of the WRAITHBAIT ones-they're fine-but these are better, for me

I know I said - before I knew that their was another chap - that I wanted some mushy mushy after tbe chap "words". I take it back. This chapter gave everything I wanted. TRUST, Cams's sadness and first time weakness/strength infront of John, Love and finally acceptance from both John and Wendy about Cam's love :)

Thank you for an amazing and lovely stories. I think I never ever wanted to find a Cam or John in my life as I want right now. Lovely written :)

I know it has been awhile since this story was written but i was wondering if there is any chance of another sequel. I love the way you write about John and Cam, would love to see how Cam helps John and maybe give them a chance for them to actually make love. I don't care so much about it being explicit, although it doesn't bother me either, lol, but John deserves to see the difference between abuse and love. I am also loving McKay and Lorne, surprisingly good match up. Maybe they should get their own story too?

This is a very touching series of one shots. I love to see more, was glad Cam's mom talked to John. Would like John to be able to either touch Cam or let himself be touched somewhere below the waist at some point.

wow, i just finished reading this whole series so far and it's ammmmazing! love how patient cam is with john and yet they're both such pillars of strength for each other. your stories are so well written and at times absolutely heartbreaking, but i still love it all and hope there's plenty more to come!

This set of stories has been pretty darn awesome. This isnt a John Sheppard that Ive ever seen before - yet I think youve managed to make your series both evocative and believable, even with your deviations from canon. If you do choose to write more in this series, I will definitely look forward to it )

I really hope that this isn't the last one of these Cam/John fics that your write. They're really good, and extremely heart wrenching. The way you portray all of the characters is believable and true to their original plot, and that's hard to come by.

That was really good! I love this seires, you should totally write more! The emotions in this story were protrayed outstandingly, well done!

I loved this story, as well as the whole "this delicate thing we've made" series. Is there going to be anymore? This one had a note of finality to it... or was it just me?

I loved it! The scene where John helps out the girl because she was being harrassed by the drunk, was AWESOME!

This was such a good chapter!

Looks like Wendy is beginning to understand what happened to John, but she's also giving John a warning, that she's worried that Cam will "wait all night and miss his dinner" for John to "eat that carrot".

As to sending condolence card to someone who just lost their cat...of Course you can do that.

I just lost my Ebony after nursing her through cancer for 4 months and everyone in my office, my friends and my vet's office sent me cards! ...bless them. When you have a pet for 12, or 17 years they become like your children.

Can't wait to read your next wonderful chapter.
