Reviews for Why Rita Lets Him Stay
Cooljoe64 chapter 1 . 5/25/2017
This was very nice and heartwarming :)
VioletCitizen chapter 1 . 9/1/2014
The characterization is spot on for both Dexter and Rita, and now I'm sad when she's gone. :(
Guest chapter 1 . 2/21/2014
This is PERFECT. And beautiful. And accurate.
And I'm reviewing four years lat but oh well
I like it.
anon chapter 1 . 11/26/2013
This is freaking amazing. You've given us a whole different side of Rita, one that makes me have much more sympathy for her.
Nicole chapter 1 . 4/12/2012
That was really nice! I'm glad I read that :)
ProlifeJesusFreakWriterGal chapter 1 . 6/8/2011
I love this!
IVIaedhros chapter 1 . 2/20/2011
Very sweet. A bit too sweet, maybe, but...it makes sense, in a way. Even if she did find out, it's possible she'd still stay.
TrenchcoatsAreSexy chapter 1 . 12/28/2010
That was awesome! So many people hate Rita, but I'll admit, I like her - and, well, I miss her now a lot. This was wonderful, great job 3 I'll admit I'm one of those people who kind of think that maybe if Rita had found out what Dexter was really up to, that she just might stay - hoping to change him, perhaps, but stay anyway. I mean, look at all the stuff she put up with when she was married to Paul. Maybe she COULD accept Dexter's hobby? It kind of saddens me that they never went there :( [/theory]
Mareli chapter 1 . 12/20/2010
Interesting how you describe Dexter's character. It is very well written, and you have captured the essence of his personality in full. You describe his "dysfunctional" characteristics with such care and empathy, that we can all understand why Rita let him stay.
CarnivorousOak chapter 1 . 10/29/2010
Oh dear. I love the irony you've woven into the story. Rita always seems a bit plain to me in the series, but you've given her some interesting depth.
Neqa'elis chapter 1 . 10/24/2010
Ahh, so cute and sweet. I really liked this. I wouldn't mind reading a second part.
jojo140 chapter 1 . 10/21/2010
