Very cool story! Original plot, incorporated some aspects of the original Bleach canon but only some, which is pretty unique. Overall I liked it a lot! The sad bits were very sad, the suspense was enough to put me on edge and the progression of the story just flowed very nicely. And what an interesting ending! Seriously I know this is an old story but you deserve the kudos!

I procrastinated on doing my homework for this fanfic, and I’m kinda glad I did lol! This was amazing and absolutely phenomenal! I really love the whole horror/mystery/thriller concept, there aren’t many fan fictions like yours. I was hooked from the start and just had to read this until the end. I love the relationships between the characters and the plot of the story (it felt like one of those professional creepypastas). This could totally be a movie too (I’d so pay to see). I love how much symbolism there was in this story, and how the horror and the killings weren’t purely for shock factor. Most people cannot wrote horror, but you do that really well. This AU where the Bleach characters are in the US and in high school, it just fits so well! I also loved the timing of the bits of romance, humor, tragedy, and suspense that didn’t seem at all forced. Honestly, you write a better, more-engrossing story in four chapters than Stephenie Meyer and E.L. James can write in over 3 books. So beautiful! I could go on and on about how much this story touched me and why it is so amazing. Now I really wanna watch Bleach again!

I take horrors badly usually, and I was starting to have cold sweat by half of the first chapter, even though it's just 5pm and still relatively bright outside. So I stopped for a while and resumed reading stubbornly when it's broad daylight. I'm glad I didn't drop it. It's a very nice story.

Fear is created by the unknown. Mankind has always feared what it cannot see and what it cannot understand, ergo the fear of the dark. The dark obscures our vision, creating uncertainty for we do not know what lurks within the inky black of the night. A man with a knife, a rabid dog, and oncoming car. All are infinitely less terrifying when you can see them coming. The biggest part about fear, is uncertainty, the biggest part about fear not knowing.
A man who knows when he will be executed, is far less afraid than the man who does not know. The anxiety of knowing that you will die, but also knowing it could happen at any time, without warning, allowing you no time to prepare, to ready yourself. You end up going through every day, every minute of the remainder of your life, expecting to die. Not knowing when your last meal will be, when your last night's sleep will be, when your last chance to finish that book will be. The unease you feel, constantly expecting the reaper to show at your doorstep, thinking that you catch a glance of him whenever you turn a corner, never letting you be at peace for even a second. And even when you accept that you will die, it eventually gnaws at your very being, to be forced to endure a prolonged life that has been rendered meaningless by your maker. To know that your end is coming, but not know when your end will place it's cold hand on your shoulder and whisper into your ear with an icy voice that heralds your demise.
Remember this always when writing horror. Fear; is created by not knowing.

Good story but I have to ask... why is this rate M? was expecting at least a few curse words but I only rember reading one I think.. Regardless of rattign or should be rating this was really good!
