Aww, that's so sweet. Of course it's thoughts of Francis that keeps Dewey going. And even if you didn't mean it in a romantic way, it's sorta true in the show: Francis being around (supposedly) always makes things better.

I also agree with usedusernames about the castle. Dewey was such a cuckoo when he was little. x3 And Francis would be queen. Just cos it's Dewey imagining it. XD

Also, the flow of this was really nice. You know I'm no poet, so I can't really explain it-I just thought it flowed well. :3

This is beautiful! I love the rhymes, and the emotion, and the everything! My favorite part is the reference to Dewey and Francis living together in Dewey's castle- adorable in the show and adorable here! Very cute and very Dewey.

Aww. It makes me imagine Dewey visiting Francis while Piama is away. Staying up late watching TV, cuddling, and falling asleep together. x3

Oooh! Fascinating! Will this become a series, too? (hint-hint :) ) I do like how Dewey doesn't think what Francis is doing is wrong but is smart enough to be aware that others would. The age difference coupled with Dewey's idealism does make it somewhere between 'creepy' and 'adorable'.
