OMG This is exactly how it should have gone down! Fantastic characterisation of Peter and I can just see he and Walter teaming up in nefarious ways to ensure THEIR Olivia is returned in one piece. Amazing story! 3

Now this, is good stuff. Peter has an IQ of 190, you'd think that he would have some kind of test for this kind of situation and be able to tell the difference between Olivia and Fauxlivia.

Oh I like this version of Peter knowing and keeping it from Fauxliva!

I definitely prefer this alternate ending. Peter should be edgier than how he is portrayed in the series no matter how love-struck he was a professional conman! How can he be fooled so easily by love and seduction? It makes no sense to the alternate-Charlie is smarter than this.

It's conman, unsympathetic, I'm-a-genius-don't-you-dare-shit-around-with-me Peter which I really appreciate.

Also, this line is so true-to-character I feel:

"But my Olivia would never in a million years try the kind of thing you're trying now, not with me. She would know I'm the furthest thing from that kind of hero."

You write him - and her - so well and this should've happened, could've happened, I don't understand why they didn't do this, this is perfect, this is retribution. You rule.

Peter made me shiver. He was really scary, at the end, and the thing is I wanted him to be like that. I want him to remember Olivia - his Olivia - and threaten the other one, make her know he has found out about her, about her mission, that he knows shes the wrong one... I want him to let her know that he will go through everything to get Olivia back!

Just like he did in this story.

I really, really like your style and the way you describe the characters. Its like I can really see them sitting on that couch, Olivia keeping up appearances and Peter seeing right through her. Its amazing.
