Oh. Oh wow. This is just...this tale steals my breath away.

There are so few stories of an evil Sebastian, and fewer still of his life before (his one true love~ -shot-) Ciel that this one really stands out in the crowd. If at any point you decide to update it, I'll be waiting~

Though this makes me wonder...are you not going to update Ciel's chapter here until the end of the parallel story to this? That would make sense, considering. It'd be funny if it still followed the end of season two, oh the irony would KILL Sebastian...

I so rarely bug writers to update because I have trouble forcing myself to write if the narrative doesn't come to me. I'm breaking this rule, quite selfishly might I add, because I love this story so very much. Please update! Your deft handling of history, your gift for storytelling, and your seamless integration of the two make this one of the best Kuroshitsuji fics I've seen on this site. This says nothing of your style, which is ri-DAMN-diculously good. Sebastian is one of my favorite characters in Manga but I often find that most fanfic makes him all warm and fuzzy (and I am *so* guilty of this), but the way you've written him here is so dark and compelling and horrifyingly in character. Thanks so much for writing this!

This is definitely one of the best Kuroshitsuji-fanfics I've EVER read! I do have one question(and I apologise for asking it, I know it can be a very annoying question) : Do you have any idea when you will publish the nect chapter? Because I noticed that it has been some time since you last published for this story...

But, whatever your answer, the story is AMAZING!

I wish that I had been able to guess the poem, so that I could request another chapter of this story. There are so FEW stories of Sebastian's life before Ciel, and this is far and away the best of the lot. I don't suppose you would ever consider finishing it? That would be so wonderful!

This was very good except for the Egypt section which I was cringing at because of its historical inaccuracies...I guess its cause I'm a history major so I am anal xD But all together VERY well written!

As for the poem, it's 'Ozymandias' by Percy Bysshe Shelley, but I see that I'm not the first to notice it.

These chapters continue to be excellent. Judas' despair and Nero's madness come across really well.

Regarding the poem, I assume you're referring to Shelley's Ozymandias, going by the "look upon my works" line.

A little different from the other parts of this story, but still very good! Constantine is one crazy nut-case...

I couldn't figure out the poem though...
