You voice the thoughts I've had on how these two deal with their genius better then I have been able to. I've tried expressing it, but it turns into a long winded story that I believe would likely bore half the people that read it to death, while the other half won't make it past the first 400 words.
So I want to give credit where it's due; you've been able to succinctly put into words how isolating genius can be and how different approaches will influence societies acceptance of it an you've done so in an engaging short story. Well done! It was wonderfull.
