Really excellent story, I loved it. Great way to explain how they met!

Yo, I know It's been years but I really loved this story and I'm truly greatful for this wonderful story. To think of it now I want to see you do this once again but with railgun S (because I really want to know on how Kuroko will react about the sisters project, thinking they would fight because ofc Kuroko is in judgement but in the end she secretly covered up abt Mikoto destroying the facilities or smt like that. Welp other than that I wanna say thank you for making this wonderful story and have a nice day and take care.

Started watching Railgun recently because of the announcement of Railgun Season 3, and boy did I fall in love with Kuroko at once! Just wanted you to know how much I appreciate your story!

Wow, what a ride. I really enjoyed reading this story, because you made the transformation of Kuroko from hater to lover of Misaka fun and interesting. Of course, how else but a trial by fire could true love blossom (XD). I'll be looking forward to reading your other stories

This was such a great prequel, seeing Kuroko steadily transform into the character from the series we all know and love was really well done. Everyone else really felt in character too and I could easily see this as canon.

Kuroko was one of 47 level fours in Tokiwadai; Sumone Nelly was not.

It should also be added that she is a teleporter which is also extremely rare. So yeah

This is canon now. I don't care what the official people try to release. I love it too much.

I actually like the idea that this could be where mikoto learns to deal with blindness and begins practicing to shore up weaknesses so later she does have the ability to work beyond a stun grenade. And other stuff like that.

I understood what you meant about kuroko. It makes sense to me.

I'm also loving the mikoto in this chapter. Once she had confidence in herself back and reason to continue fighting she just... won. I like when characters that are stupid overpowered, which mikoto kind of is, are taken down or weakened by emotions or morals. Their emotional attacks prevented her from fighting at full power, and her own morality lowers "full power" anyway because she doesn't want to kill anyone or hurt them permanently. In my opinion it makes for more complex characters and better stories. You've fully captured that here. The railguns and iron sand were freaking amazing, as was kurokos interference.

i knew kurokos words of love and support would prompt mikoto to actually try in the fight, because she definitely was beaten in the emotional fight and so lost the physical. I honestly think the way you did that was perfect. Now i want her to completely wreck shit.

So much love for this chapter. Also yay my choice won! This is the good kind of cliffhanger. You know the good guys are getting back up, ready to win and instead of being filled with worry you're filled with excitement!

I think my vote would have been two short ones, even though i like long chapters. I dunno. I'm curious to see which got picked.

Poor mikoto! ;.; Kuroko is actually really good for her. I've thought for a long time that the reason mikoto isn't as unstable as the rest of the level fives is precisely because she does have her friends to keep her grounded. When she doesn't run off without letting them help.

Hmmmmm. Will it actually be shokuo? I kind of don't want it to be because of whats revealed about her later but i know there is a difference between you writing and me reading and during that time stuff happened in the manga. Its always interesting to see how it pans out in the long run. I'm just excited!

You probably already got a bunch of answers or found your own about definitely versus definitively, but just in case... the difference is in the intensity of meaning. They both mean the same idea but definitively is more official and final. Definitely is a more informal word, at least to me. Until you used definitively i actually forgot entirely that it existed, because its use is rare. We also use definitely as a form of "yes" here.

Another thing I'm trying to figure out how to say understandably is definitively can also be used to describe how an action was done. So you could cross your arms definitively but i would not say you cross your arms definitely. If you wanted to confirm that someone had crossed their arms though, you could say they definitely crossed their arms. If in the second case you used definitively i would read it as describing how they crossed their arms rather than confirming their arms were crossed. I hope that made some kind of sense or helped at all. Now neither of those words seem real because i typed them so much, lol.

You can scoop up a chair, by the way, if you mean it as a kind of grab. Scoop is generally used more for things that require a "scoop gesture" with your hand though. Like loose dirt or something. It also implies speed of action to me, a scoop is faster than a pick up and around the same as a grab. You can also scoop up small children, that is a common use.

If you didn't tell me, i would have no idea that English was not your first language. I'm also very very glad you are posting on English because the only other language i might be able to read is French and I'm enjoying your writing so much. So just congratulations and thank you all around.

I love this chapter by the way. AND THERE'S MIKOTO DOING EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. She's doing great. I'm surprised she didn't change out of uniform, but maybe this is why she does later with the sisters.

Also i agree with the way you think the powers work. I can come up with 11 dimensions. That would be, the x,y,z 3D for both the current location and the destination, the x,y,z 3D for the object dimensions, and the 'hyperspace' dimension for both the current location and destination which is what allows the teleport. Another possibility is the last two are time but that has the implication that kuroko can theoretically mess with the flow of time and i would really rather not give her that power. Hyperspace is technically a highly theoretical calculus based dimension using integrals, but it is being investigated to be used to evaluate phenomena like black holes, i think? I know its used in physics somewhere.

If i were to come up with an explanation then, its that she's making a wormhole between the location and destination. Which is cool but i think the number is honestly just plucked out of the air.

Awesome story still. I'm enjoying it a lot.
