A very enjoyable chapter. I loved how the chapter’s title began as a throwaway phrase in Ron’s mind (section II) to the unspoken dread for James (sections IV, VI) to finally be the undelivered punchline at the end of section X. Your chapter titles are always amusing, but this one really delivered by underlying the action and inviting the reader to second guess how it would be used throughout.

The relationship between Kim and Ron was, as always, the big highlight of the chapter. In addition to their great exchanges, I liked how the relationship continued to develop when the two weren’t even in the same section—Kim with Mon and Fern and Ron with Mr. Smarty. Like how you presented their proposed “intimacy upgrade” in a manner that managed to be both reserved but not overly chaste. A difficult balance to maintain but you pulled it off splendidly.

I have never been a big fan of Mr. Smarty, but I definitely like the direction in which you are taking him. His nacient self-awareness is encouraging. Maturity looks good on more than just Ron.

And, of course, a great presentation of Ann. I believe the MrsDrP from the show would take the same position.

Finally, what might be overlooked among all pleasantness of the chapter is the second section. Tim Morel’s worsening sitch reaffirms that our heroes’ problems are far from over. This reader, at least, is waiting for the other shoe (with room for an apposable toe) to drop.

Speaking of which, the protestors and counter-protestors for Ron has me wondering if the Lorwardians might be making a return visit. Something about that “I (Heart) Lorwardia!” banner fills me with foreboding.

For some reason this chapter really took me back to Epic Sitch. Both that great story and this one reaffirms my hope that IF “Kim Possible” ever does come back as an animated series it should be presented as a season long story arc and less episodic in nature.

Finally: “General Mills?” That succeeded in being amusing AND cringe-inducing at the same time.

Woohoo! Rockets are indeed GO! It was nice to see that Martin Smarty could self-correct when he started to tell Ron how Ron should act. That is, Mr. S realized that acting like that was why he was on wife number three and has a divorce lawyer most likely in his speed dial.

Yep, in general, things are looking up for the Ron-man. And of course, Rufus who is honorary mascot to several sororities that supply him with cheese.

James is having bad dreams and feelings, hopefully Anne can help him with those.

Good to see some people getting priorities in line. Kim and Ron not letting the situation get to them shows they are growing past high school insecurities, though it looks like the world at large is not so mature. Sounds about right. Mr Smarty living up to his name and making arrangements for an excellent employee who makes contributions to the whole shows he is learning to adapt. As is his learning to not try to get between Kim and Ron. Until next time.

Nice to see Ron getting back to SmartyMart, on management no less as well! I am very interested on how that will go for him!
Kim also seems to be ready to take the step and make Ron a very happy man - unfortunately I doubt she realizes that her fathers "father's intuition" seems to be picking up on it somehow as well! Lets hope she won't give him too many more nightmares, but knowing Kim and Ron bond, that may end up the case!

Looks like Kim and Ron have finally cashed in their 'V' cards, if you know what I mean. And it seems that new opportunities for Ron are rising as he's reunited with his old boss. I do wonder what happened during that mission with Jim and Tim's rocket. And it seems that the coming reunion with Ron's arch foe will be coming soon. Another fun chapter, MrDrP! Glad to see you're still active. Btw, did I spy a 'Kids Next Door' reference at one point?

Well, seems Ron will be back in the Smarty-mart game while staying with Kim at the same time.

Kim and Ron ready for...grown up things? If they do it and James finds out, Ron could be on a one-way trip to a black hole!

If they are gonna be talking about the future, I gotta feeling that Ron will ask Kim the ultimate question and receive the ultimate answer.

Hint: The ultimate question is not of life, the universe and everything and the ultimate answer is not 42.

So, someone had a bad feeling about that one? What could possibly go wrong?

Oh, for pity's sake. Is that all?!

Here I was expecting...well, if the author has taught anything, its that one shouldn't try to expect anything because anything can (and does) happen here.

Nice cliffhanger (if that even qualifies) here. Let's see what hits next.

Good to see you're still writing, MrDrP! Speaking of Dr P., James' reactions throughout this were hilarious. I loved Ron's conversation with Mr. Smarty and it's good to see things looking up for Ron. Especially considering how this chapter ended...
Speaking of which, the best part, as usual, was your writing of Kim and Ron's relationship. I'm here for all this sweetness and long may it continue! I'm intrigued to see what this next step in their relationship means for them going forward.

Nice update. The campus demonstrations give it a real Current Year vibe. Good to see Mr. Smarty come to the realization that Ron-ness is essential to his success.

Mushroom Boy is back! And he's been monkey-fied ... that's really wrongsick.

I like the psychic connection that Mr. Dr. P has with Kim whenever she thinks about sex with the Ronman. If your fanfic universe is like some others I've seen he's going to find it very difficult to concentrate on rockets for quite some time ...
