It's really amazing how well this is recaptured. You really must have loved the original. I regret I didn't read it nearly enough. It's for that reason I don't think I'd be much help to you. I only remember what the original said when your words trigger the memory. And what improvements or variations you've made, I could hardly say. That may be a compliment because it means the work is so seamless and you are able to write on the level of such a great work. If there's something I can do then you have my assistance but as I mentioned I don't remember much of the details. Just little plot points and things, and mostly from all's fair.

Great story great story loved from beginning to end,amazing how you manage to build this family in a unique way especially Anne I would really love to see more of this story in the future so please update it ones more.

I'm really enjoying this story. I hope this isn't just left to disappear into the void of unfinished fics. I mean parents... Wow. I want a happy family ending. Guess ill have to wait and see.

Oh gawd you brought the story back. I can't tell you how much this means to me. When I came to one day and found that all of Dragonbreath1's stories were gone I was disheartened. I still wonder where he went though.

Now that piece of sentiment is out of the way, on to the actual review. The story is extremely well written. And I adore how you bring future(or is it past now?) games into the mix.

I loved the reference to one of Mario's nemeses. That was unexpected, as well as Sonic's pep talk to Queen Blaze. Who knew he was that introspective? And the poor Queen...I did sense that she feels rather helpless in Sonic's dimension whereas in hers, she's used to having things her way: being acknowledged properly, respected, etc. Could be one of the reasons she's annoyed with Amy, aside that the hedgehog's somehow one of her daughter's favorite people. How DID that happen?

I'll admit this chapter is rather slow paced, but I did read the original story, so I have an idea of what's about to happen in the next chapter. I look forward to reading that one.

I have something of a grudge against many Sonic/Blaze (if you read this, union, NOT SonicxBlaze! That's romance and totally different) stories thanks to one I wrote 3 years ago.

Then again.. maybe I just need to read more of them like this one.

I rather like the stories being told from the POV of the character telling them. I died at Blaze relating the swimming incident from the Olympics. It was almost like you could hear Sonic interjecting/interrupting the account without his words being literally stated, and imagine his expressions after Blaze's snarky comments.

You're doing very well thus far. I'm looking forward to reading about Anne's encounter with Amy.
