Very very clever! I liked how you manage to integrate youkai into every day life - so they don't completely disappear. Even though Kagome said there was no youkai in her time, I'd like to think Sesshomaru is strong enough to still be alive 500 years in the future and rules the youkai underground.

Very interesting tale on the 13th-floor lore, aside from the heartwarming Rin & Sess family moment :) This kinda reminds me of some stories I've heard about hotels, in which one floor of the building or certain rooms, is off limits to all people, specially made for spirits :P

And the world should be glad that Sess had learnt that not all things that upsets Rin needs to be killed/maimed xD

This is so cute! It's hard to find cute father/daughter types of writing for Rin and Sesshomaru, or maybe i'm not looking hard enough. And I agree, Sesshomaru probably would want a room with a view.
