I could barely finish this chapter and it wasn't for the right reasons I hate exaggerated abuse and you made a huge list of issue with this baby that just doesn't feel real an instead of feeling sympathy which I do but mostly I just feel frustrated especially when you could have just had Demona find an abandoned baby with some signs of abuse and it would've served the same purpose and elicited the same emotional response from reader without describing a baby who should be on brink of death

Also adding Demona would never harm a child after listing everything wrong with the baby just feels really inappropriate especially when you could've saved it for the next chapter or whenever Eliza pops up as to explain to her why Demona is taking care of a human baby without having to repeat anything

Holy SHIT! this was an amazing start! my heart feels broken reading about Delilah and Demona celebrating Delilah's first and only birthdayI love fics that makes Demona act and see Delilah as her daughter, because technically she IS her daughter, so reading that both was both sweet and sad.

I'm looking forward to see what you come up with to have Demona be able to reach Angela and help her if needed.

Sad this was never finished. I can tell just from this one entry that it would have been very interesting. Maybe one day it will be properly finished. I would have loved to read more as not many stories can keep my interest for long.
