Absolutely loved it. I'm not necessarily a huge fan if AU, so I admire that you kept the Liar Game concept and plot. This story seems totally plausible if Akiyama's mother hadn't committed suicide. Once again, loved it ! 3

Well, it was an interesting idea of what another good beginning it would've been...but I prefer him as an ex-con. XD

Generally AUs are better reads for when you plan to follow through a story, at least for a season/arc, but since Liar Game is...well, Liar Game, and because coming up with original arcs like Shinobu Kaitani sensei is no easy task, I guess only a parody or funny distortion could allow one to write a long AU fanfic... OH, I hope i'm not sounding discouraging because this was not boring or anything, I merely prefer AUs that way. '

Loved it. After reading the summary, I thought there wasn't going to be any Liar Game in this AU (silly me)...but I really like how you made it work. It was interesting to see how things had changed, what with Nao not being quite so...well, for being knowledgeable about psychology (and pointing out cognitive dissonance!), and how some things remained constant, like Akiyama's scheming.
