Seriously, why would ANYONE want to get involved with Sookie? She, Tara and Arlene sound alike, whiny, mean and as ignorant as the day is long.
She’s so close to getting a vampire murdered, likely Eric, through foolish gossip yet has zero understanding or interest of anything other than her own faux assumptions.

Eric put everything so concisely. Sookie is trying to get money from Bill for stuff she’s denied ever happening, plus she refuses to see being a vampire’s ‘girlfriend’ is completely different from having a human relationship. Frankly, she deserves every problem she faces, plus a few more. Her ‘no vampire’ rule is hilarious, given her constant chasing after them.

I really don't know if I should laugh or cry, Sookie is soooo annoying! Can it be that you don't like her? XD

Just ripped through this series in two days! I really enjoyed it. I thought the way you painted Godric, and particularly the choice to have him come home to Eric but in a role reversal as part of his penance, was novel. Not sure I've seen that in another Godric fic! Your characterization of Sookie is very close to my reading of her from both the books (especially) and the show. It's not a pretty picture, but I laughed out loud when she uses the "pride comes before a fall" line because that's HER in a nutshell. She's too proud to admit she needs help and is resentful when people give it to her out of concern or love. She expects a relationship to be a romance novel or Gone with the Wind - so canon! - and gets mad when people (i.e. Eric in the books) can't read her unspoken expectations. This is why I'm incapable of writing Sookie! Props to you! And way to go sticking out a story that took years to work on. That is awesome!

A very misogynistic story, if I ever saw one... All the female characters are evil, sexual predators with no intelligence, ambition, or love, except for Mrs Evans, the sterotypical church going sahm...
Severus is incredibly overpowered...a child genius who is always right, and has very odd conversations in his head...
Why does your Severus want Lily anyway? He doesn't like her...that is pretty clear, he doesn't lust after her...is it simply a matter of control?
Severus always goes to the exact worst interpretation of anything Lily says or does...that is going to make for a wonderful life...
The author shows writing skills, but the underlying emotional story is concerning. If you were one of my students, I would refer you to counseling.

This has been hysterical! I love the Sookie - cantankerous, idiotic, even more stubborn and as dumb as a hammered steer. No wonder even the vampires are rejecting her. She's out-angered even Tara, and that takes some doing...
