Not bad for tired and hurried at all! :-) It almost felt like an actual episode, though in the end there was much more talking and much less action, but that does not hurt in a written story. I don't really know Torchwood (I watched some, and just could not digest it; I'm sort of fond of the characters, but not of the show as such), but it did not get in the way, which was very nice.

I just noticed that at one point you refer to Ianto as Ianto before he introduced himself - since at that point, the story is told from the Atlantis expedition's point of view, I think you should refer to him in some other way.

It's a great chapter. I hope you get the ZPMs and can return to Atlantis and take the city at Pegasus.
