Ritsuko... well, she gets to *think* she has a happy ending, at least, but I have a bad feeling that'll still fall apart.
Kaworu finally gets to join with his favorite Lillim.
Asuka managed to admit her feelings (sorta) without breaking her pride much, if any... though it doesn't mean much since...

...our favorite Angel of Death, Rei, got a slice of of Shinji pie.

...I'm just going to pretend that the deception never falls through, and that everyone gets to be happy right up to the SEELE invasion in End of Evangelion, and that, since nobody's having psych problems or comas, the pilots manage to kill the Mass Production Dummy-Plug EVAs.

Since Shinji's actually happy, when Rei gives him control, he only uses it to yank his mother out of the EVA and return everyone to the LCL sea to reconstitute themselves.

So this is a story of Shinji losing his memory, Misato tries to convince him that they're siblings, Gendo tries to manipulate his son by appearing kind, Ritsuko tries to convince him that she's his mom, and Rei tries to convince him that they're married and they have sex?

That sounds a little weird, almost like the plot of a hentai manga...oh wait there is a hentai manga with this exact plot. I doubt this is a case of plagiarism since there are a few elements that are different (like how in the manga Shinji doesn't believe Misato since she's too old to be his sister, or how they instead convince him that Asuka is his sibling instead which leads to a rather awkward conversation with Rei, or how Shinji gets back his memories the next day and doesn't bother hiding) but this sure smells like a rather serendipitous amount of coincidence.

WOW hahahahahahaha this is brilliant first chapter literally had my saying what the fuck every paragraph and then the end he KNEW and is playing along rofl just what the hell but its funny and i like it (besides the implied gay scene but it has its own got whats coming to him) no idea where you will go next

The first chapter is exactly how White Lie went. Ah well, I still liked it, but could have lived without the last chapter.
