This was really good and well-written!

This totally deserved more reviews. It is very wonderful and well written. Bravo!

Now, to make a note, I pretty much hate Duncan/Courtney or Gwen/Duncan stories.

However, I LOVED this oneshot. You don't overly victimize one party and overly antagonize the other - it's not just Courtney thinking "Gwen's a bitch" or vice versa, or that Duncan's an ass. No, here Courtney is in-character yet also intelligent and down-to-Earth, and while clearly she is sad, she isn't BAWWWH KILL ME.

In other words, you made something fantastic about a subject that normally makes me facepalm several times over.
