hey why the short chapters. sure filler is annoying as all hell but it always helps progress the story along a bit. anyway aside from that you got a good thing going on and cant wait for more.

I like the idea, but there are some things that could have been done better. It was several days timewise between when Hilda and the others left to retrieve the ship,and when Gene and the crew returned. The way you wrote it it seems like hardly any time had passed (a few hours at most) between when Naruto left and when he encountered the Outlaw Star crew the second time. Likewise Naruto's interactions with Aisha seem to be a bit off, showing a significant amount of growth with no real story as to how it got to be that way in the hour or so since they had met.
