And about Cozart, he can come before vongola is made and become good friend with Giotto and tell Giotto to make vigilante group and Tsuna can name it Vongola aaand vola everything goes with plot... Elena can come after they're made vongola...
And vongola was vigilant group but slowly becomes mafia and with secondos rein it start the bloody history...

Now all that's left are Alaude and Daemon. How exactly did Giotto and Daemon meet? I remember reading somewhere that Giotto knew Elena first and she introduced them to each other.
