Somehow I just found this, and if this isn't exactly what I've been craving as an expansion of the Death Note universe. Also, I really like Rae's character design/description so far...like how he's made of human skulls...has red eyes...hates Matsuda...regards himself above all others...is a little transfixed on L...has an interesting name...nice. Seriously; nice.

Welp, I just reached a conclusion. Rae is Light.

I'm so annoyed, I need to see what the ship is... But I shall wait. But other than that, this is a fucking food story so far.

I was just expecting a 2nd part while I was reading (not this chapter but like in the 50th or something). Hope the 2nd part is as awesome like this one. I nearly used a week of my free time just to read this ff

Omg this ff is complete and I’m reading it for the 1st time, but it’s so good that it has made me cried twice today while reading. First with the Mello things in hell (so sad) and now Matsuda dying?! Wtf I was 99% sure that Rae was light in the first chapters (my reasoning being something like Rae - Raito - Light and also the personality...). Hope I can finish it soon

I couldn't remember how Rae confronted L about the emails, but I did know that he would and it'd be an amazing delivery. Surprise surprise, it was just as good as I expected. God I love this fic. Hi there. I'm just re-reading after finishing the 11 chapters of Third Time Lucky, so I wanted to say: I still freaking love this. I don't know if it's even better because now I know all of the secrets everyone was keeping (and the irony. OH the irony!), or that it's a shame that I know all of the plot-twists. Anyway, totally my favourite novel now. Just wanted to let you know.
