   Salvatoreboys4ever chapter 19 . 2/2/2017 Well I had a hard time enjoying that last chapter. I read one of your other stories where Damon dies at the end and my stomach was in my throat this whole chapter scared that he was going to drink too much in the heat of the passion and then lose her. So so glad that didn't happen! Amazing writing. Great story. I read three of your stories within a day here! Very addicting. You are very talented. Thank you for sharing it with us. |

Just seems 'off'. I'm going to keep reading hoping that she has an epiphany or something. It feels like they were abusive of her but they weren't. Stockholm Syndrome? No. Watch Homeland. Brody's behavior was CLASSICAL Stockholm Syndrome. Chronic heinous emotional and/or physical abuse with rare tiny snippets of kindness. Defense mechanism: identification.
