Most of it was pretty good, but I just lost interest after so many inaccuracies. I don't know if you're a virgin or not, but 1)there is no barrier in the vagina; the hymen lines the vaginal walls and may tear during sex, though usually this would not cause excruciating pain 2) cum doesn't taste good 3)no matter what you use as a lubricant, it will dry up after a bit, and without lube sex is difficult and painful for both partners 3) the vagina doesn't really stretch out because of years of having sex, it just becomes easier to get aroused to that state because the body is more used to it and you know what to do.
Just a few things I noticed. It was jarring each time I saw something like that and I couldn't enjoy the fic.
I'd like to see another try, though, just do some research first.

I was enjoying this story up until the point where you had Kiba being unsurprisingly shot down by Hinata, what was the whole point of that? To shit on Kiba's character or what? This is a lemon fanfic so stuff like that is literally pointless and unnecessary to the story at hand, good job at making Kiba look like an even bigger asshole than a hypocrite like Naruto, also, I was a little bit surprised to see Sasuke being fudged out of this story since he would technically be the only other ninja that's strong enough to rival Naruto after the war with Madara but I was also disappointed to see that it wasn't elaborated on a little bit.

It was a good story but i just had one complaint. You made a ranking system for the harem in which you made Hinata head wife it sounds like she has more power over the other wives in the harem. No don't get me wrong Hinata is one of my favorite female characters second only to Sakura. But in a harem story it's all about the girls having equality in the relationship with the guy. But if you put in a ranking system the farther down the harem ladder the girls may think they are not loved or getting equal sharing time with guy and just start to feel like they are nothing more than glorified baby factors. So just take that into account the next time you do a Naruto harem fic. And one more thing dont wait so long before adding Sakura and give her more then one lemon scene and don't bash her i hate those type of Naruto fics.
