   Maximum Over-Saiyan chapter 1 . 9/29/2019 They did in the Saiyan arc. Oolong tried to wish the Saiyans dead before they arrived, but since the Saiyans surass the power of Kami-sama and therefore Shenlong, there was nothing he could do. |

Things could be so much easier if they just did this with Freiza, Cooler, Old Guy Piccolo, hell even the Androids could have been affected. Sure, you would have no plot, but it looks like nobody in that world has common sense in return. |

| Akuma the Dark One chapter 1 . 8/25/2012 Because the dragon can't grant a wish that exceeds the power of his creator and using a wish to kill Cell is well beyond Dende or Kami's power. This was actually explained in the anime at least once when one of the Z warriors thought to use Shinron to kill Nappa and Vegeta. |
