This is a super old fic and i doubt you'll see this but either way i just wanted to say: fun fact, billy couldn't just up and enlist to the marines. Hes a 2nd lieutenant so that means he did college ROTC for 4 years and then enlisted. Just thought you should know for future ref! I love the fic so far btw

I think what I love most about this story is how you didn't have the "action" and "romance" plotlines end at the same time, so to speak. There are too many stories that have the action wrap up one chapter before the end, and have the big damn kiss as part of their last scene, so I'm also thrilled you chose to show more of Billy and Rebecca's relationship afterwards.

Felix's character was a bit predictable, but in the long run, it didn't matter?

And finally, thanks for not using an online translator for non-English languages. Or rather, choosing a non-English language that you didn't have to use an online translator for. It added to the realism.

I loved this! There are not enough good Billy/Rebecca fics, and this one is fantastic!

i'm kinda two years late in this, but yeah, felix's heel-face-turn was pretty predictable.

i gotta say, i'm really liking this so far. On a side note, i'm pleased you kept billy's design from RE 0, and didn't go out of the way to give him some elaborate new clothing settup like most authors do, because really, when they DO, i bet most people just pretend they're in the same clothes from their game. Looking forward to more.

I got really afraid that she'd been injected there and actually sighed in relief when I realized she had "just" been shot. And THEN I got afraid that maybe you'd turn the tables and instead inject Billy or one of the others. Seriously, stop scaring me! D:
On another note; yay, Felix is a monster! No they'll have choice but to kill him! I can't wait
... I'm waaay too happy about this, aren't I? Oh well :D

I didn't predict Felix role. Hell, I'm not sure yet what exactly his role is! I have my ideas - but I'm not sure.
Also, I really like the call backs to the games and I guess the book. I've read it and it was alright, but I felt it either left out some nice moments or rewrote others into... something I'll do you the favour of not writing here. Anyway, not one of my favourites.

I noticed that you switch to present tense every time you describe someone. I don't know if it's intentional on your part or not, but it's a little distracting and, to me personally, really annoying.
Other than that? I LOVE THIS! Very good story (so far), and all the characters are in... well, character.
