A ragged breath escaped, and as she breathed in shakily and touched her face, she realised that she'd been crying. Oh. That was why the pillow was wet. Angelina reached for a glass of water and sipped, trying to force herself to calm down.

The feel of Fred's lips against hers still lingered in her mind. It wasn't fair. She shouldn't have to dream of him. She shouldn't have to wake up feeling like her heart had been torn from her chest, shouldn't have a longing so intense she couldn't breathe sometimes. She hadn't wanted to admit it to herself for many months, but now at least she could think those words: Fred was gone.

Nobody can give you freedom. ;P;

They stayed that way for several minutes, and then Angelina pulled away. "I wasn't – it was a dream...I just woke and – you can't control dreams, they just –"

Now onto the actual review:
He turned his face up so he could look at her, and she saw a small smile playing on his lips.

Boring -.-

I really liked it. Your writing is so, so good and your grammar and punctuation are on point.

What I really liked was the first paragraph. I just love when a story opens on the scenery and it works perfectly here. The scene with Angelina and Fred was also really good and beautiful because it shows so much of their relationship. Then as the story goes on and we find out it was just a dream, the first scene gets a melancholic touch besides that playful tone.
What I didn't like was when George showed up at Angelina's house because it just didn't feel right for me and not like something George would do. And while I really liked him and Angelina interacting, I feel like his motivation to visit her is a little out of place. Not that it is not understandable but I would have liked it better if they had met coincidentally somewhere.
The end is again really good and brings the story to an end which works really well.

So overall I think "Wishful Thinking" is one of the best stories takig place after Fred's death because it made me laugh and then feel sad at the same time and I just loved it.

I started with a laugh during her dream and ended up almost crying. This was a pleasure to read.
