...most people just get the dead animals from shelters after they've been put down. It would be pointless to get a pet that's died, because there's no way to know what it died of, and that would affect any scientific experiments/tests carried out.

This might be a tad late, but oh well. I just wanted to say how surprised I was to find out you're only 15/16 (depending on the chapter), as, going by your writing, I was expecting you to be much older. (This is meant to be a compliment, honest.) Your writing is so good and mature I thought you were older.
But your ANs now make a bit more sense, as I thought they seemed, at times, a bit immature for (what I thought to be) someone in their 20s. But as you're still only a teenager, you're excused. :)

Gahhh, I absolutely love this fic! I've been wanting to read little snapshots of Sherlock and John but without all the slashy business. Though some of them are short, they are still really satisfying to read and I'm absolutely loving the plot line in each of them! Can't wait till you update again :)

Wow. I have thoroughly loved reading all of this! And while I think you deserve an individual review from me for every single chapter, I’m afraid I only have time to write you one super-long review.

I think this is great and you have perfectly portrayed both John and Sherlock. Just like the show, you’ve put in the exact right amounts of humour, angst and slight romance.

I especially love the parts from Sherlocks point of view, his mind is so brilliant but comically childish. I laughed out loud at the quip ‘Why were irritating things drawn to him? Molly's face floated around his overcrowded mind.’

Also when Sherlock did the shopping, I found the way he lied and acted upset was perfectly in character, just as the way he messed up John’s surprise party was so typical.

I thought I’d leave you a little list of my favourite quotes of yours at the end, just so you can see how much I actually appreciate this :)

I’m aware that I’m starting to gush now, but as a massive Sherlock fan, I can honestly say that this is one of the only stories I’ve found that truly does the show justice.
