Really a sad story with a sad ending.

But that was to be expected. It was good tough, well written and with some interesting things to it. I say you did a good job here

Wow. I know when I asked about it on DA you said this story was outdatted and not very good, but I have to disagree. For a story thats almost 10 years old I think it was great.

The ending made me sad but it felt more real that way. We know things didn't end well for Burter on Namek and making a happy ending would have felt rather fake.

You made the Ginyus and everyone else feel more real then they ever did in anime/manga. Keep up the great work. Can't wait to read the next chapter of Asterion's Heaven.

Okay... wow.

The story got a bit okay at first... but as I read on, I just became more and more emotional with the story. And the last chapter was just so sad. Burter losing everything, and giving up the few he had so his daughter would live a happy life...

I loved it. Gives us a side of the character we've never seen before. A shades of gray instead of all black or white. I didn't like how Heizu died, so sad. But... at least Jerin didn't destroy the egg (

Let me give you a real review. First of all, it was good. Giving such a detailed and rich story to such a small character is a great thing to do, this story is definitly in the 90th percentile for fanfics. On the other side 1. Guldo is nothing in this story, you draw out everyone's personalities but him. Its a missed oppurtunity.2Jerin's motivations seem questionable. He picked on Tage too. ginyu force is painted as good guys a little to much, when in the series they were sociopathic. thats just your choice I understand. last one is silly but, Zarbon and Jeice, and Zarbon's the straight one? Anyways its good, I'm not downing you. Anything can be up your good work!

Awesome story! I totally loved how you made the backstory to the calm blue giant of the Ginyu Force, Burter. It may have been tragic , but it was very well written and I could see it actually have being Burter's life. Great job :)

Have I ever told you that this story is simply breath-taking? It's a crime that you only have 20 reviews for this, it's just a masterpiece. Berter's one of my all-time favourite characters because of this story.

I've been moving the Ginyu Force shrine around (new layout, boo-yaa! and still dedicated to you ;D) and when I found your fanfiction I began reading it all again You still rock the G/F world Son! I miss you in the fandom!

actullay this was part of my insperation for my little 'ginyu force beinges' story. {so much potential and yet so rarely used. :sighs:}

anyway big thumbs up! _ and .. thanks for makeing captain ginyu an ok guy. {i've always felt he was more of a father figure then a tyrant.} but i was so disapointed about the jeice/zarbon thing but :shrugs: your story.

Ohhhh... The ending was very very depressing... Make the Ginyus come back from hell and smash the heck out of Goku!
