I love how you really tried to analyze Duncan's mind and why Alejandro would be attracted to him in the first place. The only thing that would make it fantastic is if it wasn't so wordy. Instead of spelling everything out in dialouge, try describing the mental state of the characters through their actions. Other than that, GREAT JOB! :D
