My vote is Calypso, she's stuck on an island for good knows how long with very limited contact with the outside world, being punished for being a passive observer in the 1st Titan war supporting her father Atlas. Not to mention the few times she's been able to talk to anyone she ends up falling in love with mortal men that are forced to choose between staying with her forever and some great quest that most of the time involves the destruction of a nation or all of Olympus. Do I need to say how messed up it is that she's had her heart broken multiple times and how unfair it is that her whole world is literally a half days walk around?

Naruto was dealt a hand just as bad when you think about it. He may have had a form of freedom but when the world around you ignores you it's just as bad as being caged. Naruto truly wouldn't tolerate Calypso's treatment and would fight to free her from her prison even if he had to fight Zeus to do it. Wouldn't be the first time he's had lightning shot at him from an egotistical asshole.

Calypso is so cute off from social contact it's almost second nature for her to fall in love with the first person she has a decent conversation with. She really doesn't know how to just be friends because of her isolation. Naruto is the perfect person to help her with that. That in itself could eventually lead to a strong romantic bond, stronger than anything she's ever dealt. Leo is a good kid don't get me wrong but I just don't see him ever getting along with someone like Calypso and have the relationship last. Percy is too thick headed to notice certain signs that someone is acting weird.

Naruto on the other hand was forced to sit back and watch other people interact while being unable to interact himself. So while he may not be able to understand how to help in certain situations he would unknowingly give someone just the talk they needed to help them through their problems. For Calypso Naruto's solution to her problems is introduce her to as many people as he can and make a complete fool of himself for her own amusement.

There's not much else I can say, but Calypso was deal a bad hand in life and essentially forgotten after her first introduction until the heroes of Olympus series. Naruto remained the same naive knucklehead but retained a bit of maturity for the entirety of the show. The two just work and it's sad there's not more fics with the two getting together.
