So, I like your story. It's a really cute idea, and you have good grammar, spelling, etc. However, a nitpick: tuberculosis isn't caused by secondhand smoke. It's a bacterial disease. Still, I can just pretend Misaki made a mistake. Also, excerpts from letters/books/etc in story are usually italicized (yes, thoughts and emphasis are italicized as well, unless their in a part already italicized, in which cause they're un-italicized).

Anyway, I think if you want to add a chapter with interaction between the two, that would be a great idea, but if you'd rather not, that's fine, too. It's your story after all. Anyway, a nice, fluffy read.

I think Usagi-san should figure out that Misaki has figured out why he stopped smoking. Or something... Great chapter!

i liked it -once i realized what misaki wrote-& usagi has always had a strong will-when he cared to use it-& misaki is the only thing he cares enough about

Hmm... I think this is a good ending, but on the other side I wouldn't mind a scene where for example Usagi was asleep on the couch and Misagi hugs him saying 'Thank you Usagi-san, I love you', then Akihiko could wake up X3

wow nice little story

Even though the chapter was very short (less than 500 words) the chapter shows the character full of curiosity. It's a good way to hook the reader.
