He’s a demigod. He can deflect bullets, dodge lightning, and could probably hold the sky. Yet, we are expected to believe that him kicking Butler would have no effect? You were doing so well, too. Butler’s weight especially would be nothing to him. On top of that, Butler was fighting someone who could match his skill with nothing but divine instinct and is extremely skilled on top of that. Even without superhuman abilities far beyond anything Butler is capable of, Butler still would most likely have lost.

It isn’t fan wank. We SEE demigods deflecting bullets from numerous automatic weapons in the beginning of The Titan’s Curse. Your end to the fight is like the Hulk being stopped by silly string. It simply can’t happen.
