Aww, this was so sweet. I love Castiel watching over Dean. You've done a great job with this story.

Oh, I loved this take on Dean's comment in "Dark Side of the Moon". What makes this version special to me is the fact that violence and abuse are not really the centre of it, but love and care. I love that this horrible episode for Dean is something like a training ground for later challenges to come. This way it somehow makes sense, there is a higher purpose to it. And isn't that what most of us are hoping for? That our every-day-life struggles and sufferings make sense, somewhere, somehow?
