This felt so in character for Rikki! Even if she realized she loved Will, she wouldn’t do that to Bella. Instead, she just tried to be a good friend at their wedding (and Lewis offering her a shoulder to cry on was perfect friendship, as well as Chloe non-jealously and whole heartedly trusting both Rikki and Lewis not to be offended by their dancing). So tragic and wonderful at the same time. The longing “if only” mood of your story really satisfies in a strange way.
